Had a birthday party for our 6 year old, some friends and parents. A great option, especially for the winter. The kids burn off energy, the food is good, they take care of EVERYTHING from decorating, to food to cleanup. Davy was our party guy, really hands on and does great job with the kids. Clean and Safe fun.
They always have a bunch of teenagers running the place. They hang up by the register and talk to each other. They don't interact with the kids at all. Nobody enforces the rules, my two year old got a huge block thrown in her face off of a tower buy a five-year-old that should have been in the room. Have gone multiple times and have been disappointed each time. N
Great place (and affordable) for an afternoon of fun or a birthday party. Don't bother with the half hour pass because it will be expired before you know it 1 hour or all day is the way to go
This place is a joke. Website is a total lie on whats there. Its a tiny place with no variety. The toddler zone is the saddest thing ive ever seen. Some jumperoos and a little tykes slide is not much toddler fun. Not a single game in the arcade works right. And they do not honor the dicounts that are posted on there website so dont bother asking. I had to give it a one star so my review would post but it doesnt even deserve that. Do not give this place yr business. What a disappointment.
Since your recent move I'm not at all satisfied. The area is much smaller which makes it difficult with large amounts of people. Your gaming are floor is extremely slippery for the kids running around in socks...you should have thought that through, but of course if someone gets hurt you hold no liability seeing we sign the waiver, at least put carpet in the game room. As far as the staff go they were good, all very young but they did a good job. Also the area for younger kids is no longer just for them, you have older kids running through and playing too which takes away the ease of comfort for the kids under 2. Multiple times my son almost got ran over by an older child. Bathroom were really cold....no heat? Don't plan on coming back any time soon. I don't know why you moved to the smaller area but downsizing wasn't the best option.
