Also, make sure you run the heat fir a while in winter or keep the windows down after a shampoo in summer or you will get stinky carpet. The guy who does the carpet cleaning has been doing this for thirty years, it's not his fault you can't follow directions.
I've also had my car cleaned here before, as well as my parents so I'm not just blowing smoke.
High quality work! Picked up and delivered my vehicle to me from my work (I couldn't get a ride to drop it off and pick it back up) all I had to do was call, set up an appointment, and they came early in the morning and had my car done and back to me before I got off work. I highly reccomend this place for anyone's detailing needs! I've been to a few others and quite honestly the quality and cleanliness just didn't show. FIVE STARS! I'll be coming back twice a year! WAY WAY WAY ABOVE MY EXPECTATIONS, especially for the price! Super friendly, fantastic customer service! Done right on time, price was exactly what they quoted me, and everything was completely dry! I almost didn't call them because of one of these reviews, SO GLAD I decided to try them out!! That review is crap and these guys are amazing!! My pitbulls had messed my truck up after trips to the lake all summer, and I honestly thought my interior was doomed from dirt stains, they made it look like new again, I honestly cannot believe how good it looks! Plus I just quit smoking, and you would never know that I had smoked like a chimney in there, the smell is GONE. I will be going back to have some exterior body work done now that I see how good the work is and how great they are to deal with, and telling everyone I know about them! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!!!!
I purchased a vehicle privately, called Granite City Detailing and told them I wanted it fully cleaned inside and out as if it was to be sold on a car lot. I came to pick up my vehicle and the headliner was never cleaned, the door jams that they said they clean very well, were still dirty and there is no way the roof was ever touched other then washing it because there was still dirt spots visible and wiped away with a rag. Spoke with the owner and really didn't make any forward action to right the issue. Tired this company as a last ditch effort to have my truck done quick and I regret it.
I am still amazed at the outstanding work these guys did I wish I could post pictures on here I literally had a pop explode in my vehicle last night I have light colored fabric on my ceiling an there was Pepsi EVERYWHERE.... They completely removed all pop no staining not to mention I have had my vehicle detailed other places but never been this impressed... In all honesty my van is cleaner then when I bought it (not to mention I have two very messy kiddos)!! Not to mention there customer service is outstanding they even fit me in when they where completely booked for the day an they knew I was picking my van up at 4:30 an when I got there my van was started an all warmed up that alone was huge expecially cuz its below zero an I hate the cold!!! I with out a doubt will be referring everyone I know to them! They do AMAZING work!!!
