I went in pretty close to last wash having never done it before, and the woman working (I should have gotten her name!!) was so nice. she explained how it worked, anything i needed to know, and offered any help I needed. Place was super clean and they have a nice sitting area to wait in. Would definitely go back :) thanks!!
