All the machines i have ever used are broken or malfunction n take my money constantly. They need maintenece bad and the person who fills them doesnt seem to care... Its annoying considering its the only flavor anything in the area n it should not be a constant battle...
Our vending machine food items are all outdated dating back 4 months. Obviously the guy who comes to take the money is not looking at the food dates. :( Also, there is always a few times every month the vending machine shorts a customer and when the guy comes to my office to reimburse, he appears very annoyed that he has to reimburse us.
The vending machine I use most charges an extra $.10 per transaction, if you use debit or credit. It charges without notification. And, if you want more than one item, it requires more than one transaction. Therefore, $.10 per transaction. It is misleading and dishinest. Setting up a machine to charge per transaction and only allowing one item per transaction. I will inform BBB.
