On this purchase. Management screwed up. And I never purchased a car. My sales man, Matt K. Is awesome. I felt bad for him. Other wise it was a waste of time for both of us. Once again. Matt K was great.
Shayla was great to work with! The vehicle I had gone in to look at was only two rows and I wanted three so she searched her inventory for something that met my needs and price range! We've gotten 2 vehicles with St. Cloud Toyota. Overall, it's been a pleasant experience. It is my personal practice to never buy any extended warranty for any product, cars or otherwise. I know it's the job of the closing finance guy to try and sell extended warranties, but both times I felt very high pressure to do so. Even after I explained that I'm a well educated mechanic, and will fix anything outside of the warranty myself. This is my only complaint. Otherwise, they have taken care of our needs as expected.
I had an issue with my car on the way to work, called up Rick told him what happened, he is so helpful. He told me to drop it off and they will take care of it. They go the extra mile around there. Definitely would bring my vehicle back for any work or maintenance to be done. Everyone is so friendly. They also have a great waiting area if you are waiting for service.
