We are very grateful to Brandon and the service staff for saving our Labor Day vacation. While driving on I-94, the car developed abnormally shaky steering and we knew we couldn't continue on to Minneapolis. We made an emergency pit stop at the St. Cloud Honda dealership at 5:30pm on Friday evening. Even though the service department was closing down shortly, Brandon had a mechanic inspect our vehicle to assess the problem. They found a loose tire with 4 loose lug nuts and one sheered off. Thankfully they were able to correct the problem and save our holiday and probably our lives. Kudos to the good folks in the service department at St. Cloud Honda!

I have bought about 6 or so vehicles from this place and have not had any problems with my vehicles. A bought a 2015 vehicle a little over a month ago and never needed to use the a/c until a couple days ago and it did not work. I called them and explained that it was not working and they said too bad because it didn't get warm enough to use it within 30 days of purchase. They wouldn't even take a look at it to see if it was something simple or offer to cover some labor costs. I took the vehicle to a local shop and got it fixed right away. I have spent over $100k with this business and will never go back again, I will also make sure anyone I know does not spend their money there because they do not stand behind what they sell.
Took my old Honda in for a recall part exchange/fix. Friendly, helpful, clean place, and incredible waiting area! Really LOL :-) They fixed it at no charge as promised and included a free car wash. They provided a list of other things that could use replacing/fixing but didn't try coercing me into getting them done right away. Excellent! Great experience! Would definitely recommend! (Service Department, all persons there)
Good coffee. Was the first time I have ever spent 135.00 on a carwash. Man, did the car look good.
