I just wanted to let St Cloud Hyundai know that the service advisor, Austin, who I worked with was wonderful. He was such a good listener when I was telling him about what was happening to my car. I had brought it in before for the same reasons but the problem persisted. I had no appointment but he got it in and fixed the problem right away. I will be asking to work with him from now on because I felt that he really wants to help his costumers get great service.

My most recent visit was no where close to a pleasant experience.
Professional staff. Polite. Very patient about your needs & budget concerns. Not pushy with sales. They sell quality used & new vehicles and fully guarantee most of them. New age of car sales. I like it. Bought & helped buy 4 cars there. All are great vehicles....several even many years later.
What kind of service are they providing...

My question : Why would Corporate customer service website even have a category for LOCAL DEALERSHIP SERVICE COMPLAINT if they were not going to help.
Could not be more pleased with our experience at St.Cloud Hyundai. Salesman Micheal, Sales Manager Jay, and Business Manager Paul accommodated our every need. They were very pleasant and friendly. It was small things they did. Very impressed. Thanks guys!!

- 2nd Service: Turned out that they installed the Wrong parts to cause more problems. so New/correct?! parts installed.

I am seriously considering reimbursement for the 1st service, for they have not resolved a single problem.
*** ANYHOW, I ONLY PAID 50 DOLLARS(LABOR for replacement of rear Shocks & diagnostic for cruise control) at a neighborhood mechanic's shop. The mechanic found out that the CRUISE CONTROL was just TURNED OFF. It took him 20 minutes to figure that out when it took longer than 1 hour for them to find out nothing but more reasons to charge $$$. Neighborhood mechanic also was not sure if it was necessary for the dealership to replace the brake switch.
Came in for A and they cause ABC, and bring it back to A, and then asking to pay more to fix A?! What an oxymoron.

- When it comes to recalls & sales team Great service as it should be, other than that... any repairs or maintenance after warranty? better off finding a pop mechanic in the neighborhood. I understand that they should make profit as well, but it was NOT a FAIR PLAY at all this time. Hear me out.
