I had a problem with my flashers. They would randomly turnn on and wouldn't shut off. Being late in the day and I was working I needed a quick fix. I went to McKays where they told me it was a broken switch. They took the switch out in about 10 minutes and had me back on the road. I made any appointment for the next day at 10am to have the new switch put in which they told me it would take about a 1/2 hour. I asked them to also change the oil. They took my keys when i arrived and sent me to the customer lounge. I figure with the oil change it wouldn't take more than an hour. They finally came to update me at 1:10 pm. At which time they told me they wanted to do another$600.00 worth of repairs and I needed a back wiper blade. I told them to go ahead and replace the wiper blade but if have to get the ok from the company to duo the other work. I finally was back to work at 2pm. 4 hours for a hour worth of work. Won't go back again. And I was not the only one waiting that long. If you look through the reviews you'll also notice that the only response from the owner is on the reviews that had 5 stars. That alone should tell you something about the customer service.
Waited all morning for my oil change and recall only to find my car in waiting for me in the parking lot. It had been there for at least 30 min according to another customer. When I asked the service writer about it she just snapped at me and told me they were busy.
McKay's was hands down the best car buying experience. I will be a customer for life! We did not have to wait for anything from the test drive to leaving the lot. Everyone we encountered was pleasant in our interactions. My budget was less than the listed price and they agreed to my first offer. Incredible!
Very happy with their service department. I drive past 2 other ram dealerships to have my service done here now. They got me in much faster than the dealerships that are closer and let me use a loner car. I found out when you rely heavily on your truck and have an issue, there's a huge difference in dealership service departments.
Great place. Service gets done within a pretty good period of time. Reasonable prices.
