A little over a week ago I was in an accident the damage to my car was so bad it totaled my car. I was so stressed out being that this was my first accident I wasn’t even sure where to start with all the insurance claims and looking for a new car. I started looking online for a new car. Within hours I got a call from Carolyn Hagen. Emailing back and forth she sent me links to some cars for me to look at being that I was still waiting on the insurance company to move forward with everything I was a little stressed out but Carolyn was super understanding with my situation and very patient with me while I was trying to get my insurance mess settled she never pressured me to commit to anything before I was ready and that was such a relief dealing with a car dealer that wasn’t calling me day and night trying to get me to settle on a car right then and there. When I finally got to meet Carolyn in person she exceeded my expectations. She is such a sweet heart very bubbly person. When I bought my first car the experience was very unpleasant but this time dealing with Carolyn was a breath of fresh air. Her as well as the rest of the St. Cloud Kia staff were very helpful every step of the way I was never sitting there wondering what was going to happen next. Kia of St. Cloud is Such a great place to buy a car. The people at Kia of St. Cloud are so nice and helpful. My first impression when walking through the doors was this is a very friendly and inviting atmosphere. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone who is looking to buy a car.
#3 At time of sale we had fixed per sales the brakes and rotors (Problem before) brought car in to service and talked to manager about said CD problem, back up light not working (missing socket) and a clicking noise in the front. Never was the noise addressed even though I asked 3 times.
OH AND TO TOP IT OFF THE SALESPERSON WANTED ME TO GIVE HIM GOOD REVIEWS
#1 Car had open recall they had no idea about. Even though they had the car for over 80 days.
Bought a used car from them. Very played back.
You would think a dealership would inspect a car on their lot before selling. BUYER BEWARE!!
#2 Had the car for 2 days to discover the CD player didn't work which updated and ran the GPS system.
Will never shop her to buy a car here again. They are incredibly pushy!! First I went in to look at SUV and was trying to push me into a brand new car. Manager came back with a loan for 7 years with a interest rate of 9.3%, WHAT?? Told him I was not interested. The next 2 days I got close to 10 text messages and calls from the sales guy and the manager. Asking when I was going to come into to sign. I told them both I was not interested. The manager called me again and all of a sudden he had much better deal....blah blah blah. Talked to a friend and then same thing happened to him at this same location. I understand you how car salesman can be but this was over the top. Two days later walked into a another dealership and got a great deal with great interest on a SUV.
Yesterday, my husband and I purchased a 2018 Turbo Kia Soul from Kia of St Cloud. We worked with salesman Omar Dizayee. Omar made the whole experience very easy and rewarding. He asked us what we hoped to accomplish w/our trade, and then proceeded to make our desires a reality! We made, what we feel to be, a fair and equitable deal. We then has the pleasure of completing the financial transaction w/Sean Hernandez. Sean was, by far, the most honest and helpful "moneyman" we have ever worked with. He explained all of our available warranties and insurances to make our buying experience a pleasure long after we walked out of the dealership. We left with our new Kia feeling lucky to have worked with such a customer-focused group of people! We would recommend this dealership to anyone wanting to feel as we do about their car buying experience!!
Omar was very helpful. He was patient with us and our kids throughout the buying process. I have never had a salesman who was so kind to our kids, it was wonderful. Our kiddos thought the golf cart rides were awesome! He was patient when we weren't sure exactly what we wanted, showed us different models, and found a good fit for our family. He didn't try to sell us all the bells and whistles that we didn't need, but rather ones that we would use or had on our current vehicle. He treated us with respect and kindness.
