I don't think they clean their bowls out every time they changed and I don't think they clean them out properly. Because my dog got sick and he had to go on medicine. And I did not like that. And every time I tried to get ahold of the manager she had to go with her family here there she was leaving. And every time I tried calling she was never there and I didn't like that. So this is why this place is getting 3 stars and lucky they're not getting less than that and I used to take them him there more but after the getting sick with the balls was off and I knew it was off that day I picked him up.
It's where my wife and I usually go to buy cat food and other pet supplies. Good selection, store layout makes it pretty easy to find what you need, prices are good. My only complaint is how pushy the checkout clerks are about joining their rewards program (which seems to me like a great way for them to just mine customer phone and address and purchasing info).
My pup loves it as much as I do! He loves coming along to pick out his toys and enjoys snack samples while I can confidently shop in a comfortably pleasant atmosphere where I can trust that employees will be honest if I have questions or concerns about multiple pet categories. I feel good being able to shop here for my fur babies, knowing that I am offered an amazing selection for them as well as some pretty awesome deals!
My last experience there was not pleasant. I am a very good customer and spend several hundred dollars a month there. We were in to purchase some potty pads that were being offered at a great discount. Typically they are 79.99 a box and we're on sale for 29.99. The sign in front of them stated buy one get 1/2 price. I had done so I couple days prior with no problem but this time the manager ( I think,RENEE )was trying to charge me half-price on the original price only. When we explained we had done it the day before this way, and that was the way the sign stated .She was very snotty and rude. Like she was doing us a favor to honor it. Be careful how you treat people. You never know what they are going through. I am currently dealing with my beloved Chihuahua who is dying of liver cancer and can't control her bowels. There is a reason that I need to take advantage of sales such as this. I was polite and was not being difficult by any means. The managers aesthetic was very entitled and mean.
They have excellent customer service. It's too bad they don't have the order from site to store service. The management usually does a pretty good job at helping me save money on my pet supplies.
