We have been very pleased with the care our pets have received at Banfield. The staff communicates well with pet owners, during routine checkups and procedures. They call us with updates when our dog needs to go in for the day for a procedure and is looked after as she recovers.

Loved Dr. Haffner. Sad that he left with no notice to his clients.I think that was unfair and we should have been alerted. A letter sent out perhaps? A goodbye? Lost now.. and I don't know or trust any of the other vets there.
My girls fill comfortable and not tramtize them and make them feel that they are okay, because most dogs are afraid of the vet.I love the staff they are just a the best
We have being going to Banfield for years. We have a min pin who was abused before we bought him at 5 weeks old now he is 5. Banfields staff put in many years working with him since he was terrified to have nails,shots,etc done, we went from 2 staff plus myself in the room soothing him and now he walks into the room without me and let's the girls work alone with him. Banfield put in alot of time and effort to help us. Thank you Banfield and staff.
I loved this place when Dr Haffner was there. But since he is gone, I don't feel like the remaining vets have enough experience nor do they care as much. They were always cold and clinical and pushed unnecessary tests. I brought my dog in once and Dr Ripple said she wanted to do 5 tests on her, amounting to over $150. I said, why don't we do them one by one and start with this specific one, as I'm sure she just has a bacteria infection. Sure enough, came back positive and cost me $25. Then she wanted me to do probiotics and an fluid IV -- I'm like no, that's not necessary. I have other stories over the course of several years, but I finally got to the point where I ONLY saw Dr Haffner. When I learned he was leaving, I found a new vet.
