We want to thank Jeremy Lang and the coaches at CrossFit for their work with our son and daughter. They started Crossfit with Jeremy in May 2017, and have attended classes 3-5 times a week since then. Both are more physically and mentally prepared to reach their athletic goals, which include playing college athletics. Jeremy is constantly pushing them to reach their goals.
Hands down best place to workout in the St Cloud area! Jeremy and his staff are top notch and take the time to make sure you are getting the most out of your workout. They will work with you to tailor your workout to your ability and goals.
I was recently a guest. The staff was very welcoming, it was a low intensity (mostly mobility day). The other fitters were open with banter and jesting at each other. The group dynamic was great. One pitfall, the coach did not introduce which made me feel awkward. The gym was clean and had great equipment to work with. Will definitely come back when I am in town for conferences.
I've been to a handful of boxes, but this is by far one if the best! I dropped in while in town for work and I can't wait to get back. Jeremy is a great coach and the overall vibe here is awesome!

Such an awesome gym!! I've dropped in several times when I've had to work in the area and it's always been a great experience. The owner and coaches are so friendly and helpful and they really know what they are doing and how to help you! The workouts have been super fun, yet challenging and all the members welcomed me and made me feel at home. I look forward to the next time I'm in the area; I will definitely be coming back!
