I really enjoy the services provided by the ladies at Facelogics. Elise is amazing, I cannot say enough good things about her massage skills, she is so knowledgeable and welcoming and just fabulous at what she does. I cannot say enough good things about her! If you can check her out!
I would definitely recommend Facelogic to anyone, especially Maggie or Nicole! I always have a great experience. They do complimentary make up applications after the facial, so I always leaving feeling and looking great. My skin has definitely shown improvement and the membership is really reasonable. They even let me roll over the months I miss, which is super helpful with a busy schedule. Love them!
Loved going to the spa! Service was always nice, and I felt like they did a fantastic job. But, I would caution against signing up for the monthly service. If you attempt to cancel, they will tell you that you are required to come in and fill out paperwork, and that they will draft from your card one more time in the next 30 days. I feel like that is pretty ridiculous for a spa. I did get them to just email me the forms. But I feel that good customer service is not making your customer jump through hoops for anything, I work in insurance and it is way easier to cancel a policy there than it was to cancel the monthly subscription they had. I planned on coming back once I had more time, but I would rather go somewhere that is less hassle.
Great facials but I got an eye infection the day after.
