I was a member here for about six months, everything was fine until one day my card randomly stopped working. There was no damage to the card - it had stayed in my gym bag for the entire time I was a member, I didn't even take it out to beep in. It worked one day and not the next. I go in to get it fixed and they try to charge me $20 for a new one. For all I know they cancelled my card on the computer and I was being charged for it. I could understand if the card was psychically damaged or lost, but I had the perfectly in-tact card in my hand and they were still trying to charge me. Ridiculous. Snap is a rip-off, go elsewhere.
Current staff is friendly and helpful. The main thing holding this location back is the lack of building size and amount of equipment.
