Mainly the cashiers most of whom act like they would rather be somewhere else and almost always overstuff the cheap plastic bags with to many items
But since opening the customer service has been getting worse.
Very clean and well stocked natural foods store. Pricing is very good, quality of produce and meat is top notch. The staff is very friendly and very up on what's new and questions we asked about vitamins and supplements were quickly answered with a staff that actually knew what they were doing. This can be a very busy store on weekends I would suggest you go during the week in morning if possible. We have been there at least 2 times a week since they opened in Jan and it's always well stocked and clean including the bathrooms!
The fresh produce and unique food items is awesome.
The produce is super fresh, and the prices are reasonable. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The store is always clean and merchandise is extremely well organized. Definitely gives the other grocery stores a run for their money!
A great selection of organic produce, fantastic sale prices, and wonderful employees. The meat is hit and miss. This store is always busy, prepare to wait in check out line for a bit.
This store is a game changer! I used to make trips at least once every month to the nearest Whole Foods/Trader Joes, but now there's something better in my own backyard! I've never left this Fresh Thyme location feeling unimpressed or disappointed. There is always an AMAZING and expansive selection of healthy, wholesome foods, smiling and helpful customer service, and seriously wonderful prices (especially compared to the aforementioned stores). This is truly a one-stop-shop for healthy-minded individuals.
