In and out in 45 minutes for a windshield. The staff was great. Couldn't ask for a better experience
I had to replace a windshield in my car. Am so happy I called Safelite they did a great job. The service man that came to my house was very pleasant and respectful . If I ever have to use them again, hope it is him who comes out.
Went to have my windshield replaced on November 9th. Arrived at my scheduled time of 330 PM. After completion I was handed my keys and sent on my way. After opening my driver side door I noticed that a black substance perhaps a grease or adhesive that had been smeared on my driver side seat. I notified the clerk and out came the manager. He explained to me that pictures had been taken before any work had been done and that the stain was there before they even touched the car. I explained that the pictures were time stamped an hour after work had started on my windshield. I also pleaded to the manager that the tech who moved my car from the parking lot to the shop could have had a substance on his pants of which could have smeared on the driver side seat either as he entered or exited my vehicle. He wouldn't listen to me. I know for a fact that this stain wasn't there before I arrived. He treated me as if I were looking for a handout or that I was looking for a free lunch. He stood there and looked at me like I was a bum on the street asking for change. I demand that these people take responsibility for their mistake. I would rate 0 star if possible. I suggest anyone having work done at this location to take pictures with time stamps before they get their greasy hands all over it because like children, they will not take responsibility for their mistakes. Learn to listen to your customers. I can afford my own detailing and there is no such thing as a free lunch. I would not recommend anyone go to this location because of this reason and would suggest you read some of the other reviews for this place as they are very telling.
Mobile Tech named Peter came all the way out to Willmar and I live in St Cloud to repair my windshield. Worked around my schedule and did a fantastic job. Peter was very professional, and I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing repairing or replacing of a windshield.
