Car was damaged at work so I had to get some written estimates for a simple drivers side mirror and mirror housing piece replacement. I walk in at 3:30 and make eye contact with THREE people:2 gentlemen in the "office space" to the left and the receptionist in the waiting area (She was on the phone when I walked in, so no biggie) Nobody welcomed me or said hello or "someone will be right with you", no smile, no nothing. Instant red flag and immediately made me feel awkward. I sit down for a moment and the receptionist gets off the phone and stares at me for a few seconds before she asks me with out making eye contact "Can I help you?" I say "I need a written estimate for my drivers side mirror replacement" She says "all the estimators are busy you'll need to comeback a different time" I say "What do you mean, I've never done this before but all i need is a quote for replacing a mirror. What all goes into an estimate for such a small thing?" In a very condescending tone she explained to me that they "take pictures and other things when making an estimate" Then she asked if i wanted to schedule an estimate, at which point I said "no thanks" and left. It doesn't matter if I was going to spend $5 or $1000, I was a potential customer. You only get one chance at a first impression and they blew it. Just to be clear, this bad review had absolutely NOTHING to do with needing to make a reservation like your response implies. The bad review was based off of my first impression of ABRA's bad customer service.

My insurance company told me this was one of their preferred places and told me they would call me with in 48 hours after my insurance company informed them the I needed an appraisal it's been a week ... I made sure to let them know that this place doesn't meet my insurances promise of a preferred provider... so my car went to ST cloud Collusion because they called with in 2 hours of being informed by my insurance company I needed an appraisal!

They ordered parts right away, texted me as they worked on it. They knew I needed transportation on Thursday and I picked up my car Thursday morning, so didn't have to get a rental. It looks great.
