Moved in 2 weeks ago and already have issues. Toilet leans to the right its falling into the floor. They said it just got finished "cleaning". Not the case. There was bird dung all over my balcony, I found the last tenants stuff I all of my cupboards, dishwasher. my drawers in the kitchen were broken. And now to find out that my car was impounded. They said they put notices on the doors. There isn't any notices on the front doors of the apartment like they said. I even asked the cleaning lady this morning and she said there wasn't on the front doors and was more than surprised that they towed and impounded my vehicle. They wouldn't help a dime with the $170 charge. Don't move here. The only reason I did is because I needed a place to live the next day.
Pretty good place to live. Looks a little rough on the outside but the renovated units are awesome. Great office team. Only lost a star because once in awhile (maybe twice a month) i would see a cockroach scurry across the floor
This place is an absolute joke I gave deposit for 1st floor apartment on a Tuesday by Wednesday I was told that can't have the 1st floor will give you 2 floor by Wednesday afternoon was told couldn't have the 2 floor we have to give you a 3 floor apartment then the leasing agent hung up on me four time
I’m currently a resident and this has by far been the worst experience I have ever had at any residence I’ve lived in. After no history of bed bugs what’s so ever, a week into living here my daughter started to notice itchy spots all over her body. Shortly after my other daughter started noticing the same thing. We contacted the office and they acted as if it was a normal thing. Sent out people to do a heat treatment so we were forced to move all of our belongings again. Our circuit breakers constantly go off and on shutting off our tv and microwave. Not to mention or deck door was broken and microwave didn’t even work when we moved in. Two week into us living here our garage was opening by itself which led to our $200 grill being stolen. Filed a police report but never got our grill back and was told by offfice staff there’s nothing they could do. The most recent event occurred two nights ago when I walked into my one year olds room and there was tons of water pouring from the ceiling light due to work they had done on the roof that week. It was so unbelievably dangerous. Even though it was an emergency to us. We had to wait until the next day for someone to fix it. We are looking to move as soon as possible. I suggest no one rent here.
