The website needs to allow for a SWAP of seats option. I went online this morning, found seats available. They were AWESOME seats, only for a second later the page refreshed and they were not available. I purchased LESSER quality seats (same price), and after that the seats I wanted were available again. I contacted customer CHAT and Aldith had told me that SWAPS are not allowed, only refunds and then reordering. These are hot ticket times, but not according to Fandango. I have seen these tickets go up in minutes on your site. Please fix this. I love your site, and the way we can reserve our tickets. But this is a FLAW in your site, and it will negatively continue to reflect on your ratings until it gets fixed. Please accommodate this.
I used the Fandango app to purchase tickets in advance and with the theater's VIP screen was able to get great reserved seats. I just had to walk in get the tickets from one of the many kiosks then right to concessions or the movie and the best seats in the place.
If that also bugs you, I recommend visiting on Tuesdays, when films are $5 and they have specials on concessions (just make sure to come early, it's always packed), or alternatively buying tickets from Sam's Club over by Sartell, as you'll spend less on tickets and get a $3 credit for concessions.
The Theater itself was clean quiet during the movie with lots of concession choices at typical $$$ theater prices. There is also the availability of a pizza restaurant inside as an added choice (they do serve alcohol)
This place is the best!!! Staff is always great food is good and theater is usually kept very clean. I do wish they would do more for there guest who come there a lot like a VIP program.. ( you spend so much like at Best Buy it's 1500 and your considered Elite for the next year) you spend so much you move up in ranks get points faster and are given the option to purchase the collector cups other then on just Tuesday. This place even discount to Teachers and Staff and students of the schools on Thursday. Over all this place is great and should be the best place to catch a move and great food from the restaurant next store.... the only con that I have is wish they would do more for the people who are there every week now see more then one movie...
I just went to this theater for the first time yesterday, and I loved it. The seats were amazing and it was very clean. The price seemed low considering all the amenities. Plus we went for an event, so our popcorn was free. They also have a great membership loyalty card you can get.
I can't complain about their film pricing, it's definitely in line with other theaters in the area, but concessions in theaters are getting outrageous. I don't care if I can refill my 48 oz. cup multiple times, it's still not worth almost $20 for that and some popcorn.
This is a fantastic theater, with big, comfortable seats and a wide selection of films, everything from the latest blockbuster to indie flicks and even Christian films for churchgoing folks.
