My (now) husband and I couldn't be happier with the services at D.J. Bitzan Jewelers! We had gone to every jeweler in town looking for a unique floral design and none could offer what we were looking for until I walked into this store! You are immediately treated like a million bucks (regardless of your budget) when you enter the door and when I showed them a picture of what I was looking for and asked if they could find something like it one of the workers answered "I can find you one even better!" They most certainly did! I was So nervous that we wouldn't get our rings in time since we had a very last minute elopement but they worked with us every step of the way to get us our rings on time and exactly what we wanted! I can't reccomend this place enough.

Afterwards, they sent us home with a congratulatory bag with Champagne, and a really helpful planner full of venue, catering etc. options. Overall a phenomenal experience.
The store is beautiful and the customer service is exceptional! Andy helped us choose an engagement ring, and he was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. The atmosphere is very relaxed and not a high pressure sales environment. The selection is amazing and I am extremely happy with my ring! My fiancé and I decided to visit DJ Bitzan after seeing the google reviews. We were greeted by Mark right when we came in the door. It was good working with him. Very approachable, attentive to detail, knowledgeable and quick to respond to our questions, and was instrumental in helping us find the right ring. There was no pressure while we were looking and were never "put on the spot" like at other jewelers in St.Cloud. The entire staff was friendly and excited for us. Highly recommended.
The entire experience from having my ring made to having it fit after the proposal was amazing. My fiance and I never looked at wedding rings so he didn't have a set idea of what to get, and Mr. Bitzan and his daughter helped walk him through the process and create a ring that was beyond gorgeous in both style and quality. After the proposal, I had to bring my ring in because it was a little big and they were SO nice and able to bring it back right away. I'm from out of town and wouldn't have been able to come back any time soon to get it, so without hesitation, they accommodated this and were able to get it appropriately sized within 2 hours!
