I went to the "experts" here for advice and parts to fix my fireplace. I bought the parts that they advised me to buy and it didn't fix my problem. not so mad about that because that does happen. what I'm not happy about is when my problem wasn't fixed by buying expensive parts for it, i went and did a little research to find out those parts could have been tested with a simple voltmeter before buying. Wish they would have told me that before i wasted my money.
I have never bought something new here so i cant review on that service.
Exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful staff. Great displays of fireplaces and excellent seelection. They also carry wood pellet grills.
