3 employees passed me by the time I got my cart. No acknowledgement from any of them, I made eye contact. Sandy was one of them. I proceeded to pets to get what I needed, as up looked up from the ad there is Sandy other side of the short aisle, no acknowledgement. I went to the side she was in, she turned her body to walk pass, nothing. I passed 2 more employees heading to the checkout, nothing. Please keep in mind it was very slow as coldest day of the year. Had home depot carried what I needed I would have gone there. But Wal-Mart does...
Sometimes it seems almost overwhelming when walking in as there is so much stuff! Lots of inventory, and a one stop shop for all those DIY projects. Sometimes it can be difficult to find someone to assist you as many are working on projects around the store. Otherwise, my go to for things I need to get those honey do items off my list.
Their staff in the yard are knowledgeable and lazy. We often come here to get materials for jobs and every time it takes 45 minutes or longer trying to get materials. Many of their employees have know idea whats going on or where anything is. The security staff at the exit gate have counted 2x6 as 2x4s when picking up material. They need to do a better job training their employees so pick ups go smoother.
Place is getting bigger every time we go there. Love going there because they have what you want. Clerks are kind and very helpful. Listen to your needs.
Never anyone to help u and if u find someone they look the other way so as not to want to help u. I always feel like i am ivisible in the store
