A couple weeks later I came in with some questions and concerns and Nick answered all my questions and once again left me with a smile on my face. I will definitely be a returning customer.
Went back in to get some speakers installed and they did a great job with these too. Nick helped me find some great deals, and Ian did the install the same day - even though I completely changed up my plan / speakers I wanted. Everything is nice and tight, perfectly hidden, nothing broken / loose, and overall completed professionally and under budget. Only downside is I will probably get a ticket or two now with my new speakers. I wouldn't hesitate to stop in if you want great quality or if you need some advice. They definitely have a passion for what they do and it shows.
Sound Connection was awesome to work with! I got a remote start and subwoofer installed in my car. The price was great and the staff was really professional and did a great job showing me how everything worked. The showroom is clean and family-friendly as well! Will definitely go back!
Worst place ever.. first they told me $256 to get my Subs installed just installed.... I come back 3 days later they tell me $230.. so my Caucasian friend went in there and they told him $150 to install it...that's highway robbery.. DO NOT GO TO SOUND CONNECTION .. they will strip you out of your money.. oh yeah and they are very racist... just because you're Brown they don't want to fix your car.. go to audio extreme they trustworthy and honest...
Went in to the Sound Connection after checking reviews / talking with people I know who had a remote start installed. These guys do fantastic work and they are very personable. They had my remote start installed well under the quoted time frame and even gave me a price match on the install (a very good business practice). The steering column plastic was rubbing a little bit making a small sound after the install (almost impossible to notice but these things drive me nuts), drove right in, and they fixed it without even skipping a beat.
These guys are great! They installed a Compustar remote start in my 2017 Subaru and it took them less than 3 hours. When I picked up my Outback, Nick walked me through how to use the remote start.
I went into the store not really knowing what I needed, the friendly guys there helped me figure out what would make my project much easier. They also gave me a great deal on the items I purchased! Thank you!
The pricing they have is broken down nicely and you are told what to expect up front; and while they charge more than your typical Best Buy, I would say you can rest confidently that they will back their workmanship & quality isn't spared. The peace of mind is worth a few extra bucks.
