Not impressed with their prices. Goodwill has the same stuff for waaaay cheaper. And like the review below, she is right. Who pays 3+ for second hand garanimal brand clothing? That's ridiculous when you can get the same stuff for less new? Kohls has better deals than this place. I usually take my stuff there about once every few months. Every time they take the best stuff in the box. Usually an arm full. That I paid over $50 for and offer me $10 when they are going to turn around and sell my items for $50 or more. Nice profiting. And yeah, the clothes are in mostly poor condition. Torn. Ripped. And stained. Or overly priced!

I normally don't do reviews unless I'm super annoyed. I'm sick of going there and finding cheap brand clothes, marked up. Sorry who wants to pay $3+ for GARANIMALS with visibly warn out knees. It's the same price, or cheaper new, at target or Wal-Mart half the time. I've even seen stuff in OUAC with stains, c'mon.

We tested the staff by bringing brand NEW clothes with tags and baby equipment! The staff was rude and seemed to not have the time of day for us because they were too busy chatting. I was extremely disappointed and frustrated by the staff, and I don't plan to go to that store anymore. I would highly recommend utilizing CL or the local Facebook garage sales groups and to take your business elsewhere because the SC OUAC staff are rude and inconsiderate!

Because they were swamped with clothes to go through and couldn't get to our clothes on the Sunday, we were told to wait until Monday. Our schedule didn't allow us to pick it up... so they donated all our clothes and would only give us store credit for what we bought. Didn't know the policy! Very sad I lost all the clothes they didn't take! This policy should be posted on website so people know! (It wasn't our fault the store was so busy...)

I just bought a decent looking pair of gymboree cotton pants yesterday. Go to throw them in the wash today, and noticed a pea size hole in the middle of the butt by the seam (seam wasn't broken), that I missed cause it was hiding (my bad). I also had a nice size hole made from their price tag on the arm pit of a shirt, only to see it after I got home. I think they forget it's a second hand store, and are competing with goodwill; who gets BRAND NEW clearance stuff from target, marked super cheap, and has a kids day. They need to better check what they decide to take in. These 2 pictures are from my last visit.

Way over priced. You can find the same stuff brand new elsewhere. And the new stuff that they do have is also marked up in comparison to other retailers.
